Terms of use
These terms govern access to clicksarmor.com and the ClicksArmor product operated by PPC Armor LLC ("ClicksArmor", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating a workspace, signing in, connecting an ad account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service
ClicksArmor provides click fraud protection through monitoring, risk scoring, IP exclusion lists, and defensive analytics for Google Ads advertisers and agencies. Features may include tracking templates, Google Ads account connections, session inspection, risk signals, exclusion exports, alerts, reporting, and related console tools. We may improve, add, or remove features with reasonable notice when changes are material.
Exclusion lists are prepared in ClicksArmor for you to apply in Google Ads. Unless a Google Ads API sync feature is enabled for your workspace, we do not push exclusions into Google Ads automatically. ClicksArmor is not a media-buying platform, a guarantee of Google Ads refunds, or a substitute for your own legal, privacy, or advertising-policy compliance. We are not affiliated with Google LLC or its advertising products except as an independent tool that integrates with Google Ads under Google's own terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you register for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
- You must provide accurate business information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including invited teammates and connected Google Ads accounts.
- Agency customers must have authority from their clients to connect accounts and use risk analytics on their behalf.
- You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or a change that affects your eligibility to use the service.
- We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim accounts used for abuse, misrepresentation, or legal risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ClicksArmor to:
- Cloak destinations, deceive users, or manipulate Google Ads or other platforms in ways that violate their policies
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the service outside authorized testing
- Scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the product except where law expressly allows
- Upload unlawful content or personal data without a lawful basis
- Interfere with other customers' workspaces or security controls
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
4. Customer responsibilities
- Advertisers remain responsible for landing-page content, offers, claims, and regulatory compliance.
- You must configure tracking templates according to product guidance and applicable Google Ads rules.
- You are responsible for decisions you make using risk analytics and reports, including any actions you take in Google Ads based on that evidence.
- You must maintain lawful bases for personal data you submit through forms or integrations, and for campaign-related processing you instruct us to perform.
- Granting Google Ads access is required for many scoring and reporting features; you control the permissions you grant and may revoke them in Google Ads.
5. Plans, trials, and billing
Plans and usage envelopes are described on Pricing and confirmed when a workspace is invoiced or subscribed. Free and trial access may be limited or revoked. Paid plans renew according to the invoice or subscription terms unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are generally non-cancelable and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Failure to pay overdue fees may result in suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual property
ClicksArmor, including software, branding, documentation, and design, belongs to PPC Armor LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription for your internal business purposes. We do not claim ownership of your Google Ads creative or campaign content; you grant us a license to use that content and related account data solely as needed to provide the service (including backup, caching, and processing by subprocessors). Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
7. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential business information from the other. Confidential information must be protected with reasonable care and used only to perform under these terms, except for information that is public, independently developed, rightfully received from a third party without restriction, or required to be disclosed by law.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy policy and Cookie policy. Data deletion requests are handled under our Data deletion process.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free detection, perfect fraud prevention, or specific advertising outcomes such as CPC, conversion rate, or ROAS. Platform refunds, policy approvals, auction results, and account suspensions remain controlled by Google and other third parties. Service may be unavailable during maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPC Armor LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify PPC Armor LLC and its officers, employees, and agents against claims arising from your landing pages, advertising creative, connected accounts, misuse of the service, or violation of these terms or applicable law, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel a paid subscription according to your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, security threat, third-party vendor interruption, or material breach. After termination, we may delete or anonymize workspace data according to our Privacy policy and Data deletion process, subject to legal retention duties.
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date shows when changes take effect. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law. We may also modify or discontinue parts of the service; we are not liable if the service is unavailable for any period.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes that may be brought in court lies in the state courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
